| This hotel has every possibility for a top rating, but put me in a smoking room despite my booking of a non-smoking room. The breakfast lacked a little to reach top-rating. All in all a good experience. |

| A major hotel in Gothenburg. Reception, rooms, atmosphere good. Breakfast also adequate and abundant. Breakfast started on weekdays at 6.30am which is functional for business travellers. Also high speed internet cable in rooms for free. I would clearly consider the Elite Plaza for a next visit. |

| The rooms were well laid out with ample space for three people. Every little detail was perfect, absolutely no complaints. The hotel was only a brisk 5 minute walk from the bus terminus and from all the shops, cafes etc. |
