ROC Hotel Flamingo, Torremolinos

Excellent room, but strong smell of smokers that we dislike, good organization,entertament program everyday, easy to find in center of Torremolinos, on request breakfast and parking for pay.

I found it a good hotel.

Nice room. Correct service. But too much noise (street, chambermaids...)

Hotel and it's personell is nice. Locaction perfect. Breakfast is very good. Only problem is the British people and ther very bad behaviour on the swimming pool and in the nights in the hotel halls/rooms. People were swimming in the pool with their clothes on and drinking too much. Shouting and disturbing (men and women)from the morning untill night.They disturbed a lot and especially for young young children the situation was terrible. What should be done: the personell of the hotell should have taken the responsiblity and keep the situation under control. They didn't do anything. We are not happy for that. Sometimes the situation was like a nightmare. We thought we'll come back next year but because of the behaviour of Englismen/women. We told about this to the personell but nothing happened. we have to think about to change the hotel next time.you know we are customers, too. We have the right to enjoy our holiday, too.
