The hotel was very very clean, in a well maintained condition throughout. The staff were lovely. Pool area is well looked after and clean. There were plenty of sunbeds for everyone, although some were "towel reserving" before the opening time at 9. We only had breakfast in the hotel once, and found that there was a good choice, and the food was fresh. We stayed in a studio (Rm 215) overlooking the pool, thinking that we would avoid the noise coming from the road, but no such luck. The road was very busy and especially with the bus stop right beside us, and the very loud buses from around 6am on. Our studio was on the small side, and there is no divide between the kitchen/bedroom/living - it's all in one smallish room. The balcony was a good size, however there was no privacy whatsoever, with everyone being able to see you, and you them. There was no residence bar, this was only open till around 9pm. Location-wise this hotel is situated just fine in between Los Cristianos/Playa de Las Americas. The Mercadona is a 4 minute walk from the apartments, and the beach/town is a 10 minute walk down the steps. You can go around to avoid the steps, and get into town in about a 15minute walk, or 5euro in the taxi.
