| We had an apartment in Seville, Spain at the Lux Seville. There were some problems: there was no hot water, there was a horrible odor coming from the kitchen, the ironong board was broken in the closet. The worst problem was that the bed was VERY uncomfortable. We could feel the springs of the mattress in our backs! We spoke to the receptionist about the problems and he gave us a form to send in. I am sending my feedback via this web site. I would like to hear back about any recourse of action based on the above complaints. |

| Appartment Lovely Clean Good Maid Service Breakfast good selection. These Appartments are 15 mins in a taxi or 25 on A Bus thats not to frequent from the city centre most taxi drivers didnt know how to find them.Taxi to or from city from 20 to 27 euro.taxi to airport 50 euro. |

| In fact, we did not expect to receive an apartment instead of one room hotel number for this price! It was a pleasure to get a separate bedroom and and even kitchen with living room! Rooms were clean and nice, besides, spacious! Breakfast was continental, but was good and it sure stuffed our bellies :). |

| location was not great i think we were fleeced by taxis, saying that the restaurant was lovely on the complex of appartments, staff very friendly, the only problem i found was by the outdoor pool there were only two sunloungers and one sun umbrella,also the pool did not open untill 12 noon. |
