The staff is nice, but has minor problems with English language. Nevertheless, a good hotel and worth a return.

nice hotel in quiet street. Good room but thin walls (TV of the neighbours!) Very good breakfast. Would book this hotel again when in Sevilla.

Positives: The hotel location is perfect, within easy walking distance of the Cathedral etc. The room was clean and breakfast was great. Negatives: We had twin beds when a double was requested. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room (disappointing for a 4*). Car parking was NOT available as stated in the hotel description.

This was a very nice hotel but, I was disappointed with the location. Unfortunately, the booking details were misleading as it is a good bit away from the Giralda and not so central as the name or the hotel descriptor suggests. Apart from that it is an excellent well-maintained, quiet hotel, relatively small, with a very restful water-featured conservatory beside the bar.

No obvious wheelchair access, not that I needed it, but in recommending to a friend it was brought to my notice as a requirement. Room was fine, service good, location was very central, staff at reception very helpful.
