Just like the 4 star hotel should be. Staff was very helpful and friendly.Breakfast and dinner buffet (halfboard) very good with many choices(even healthy ones). Hotel well kept and clean. If I am visiting on Mallorca someday again, then I will be most likely booking a room from this hotel. Only negative side is that most of the hotel customers are very selfish by reserving poolside sunbeds with their towels early in the morning even if they won`t be using them until afternoon.

we stayed at this hotel in july 2011 with our 16 year old daughter.we travelled independently and everthing from our flights ,transfers and hotel stay were excellent.We arrived at the hotel at lunch time + were promptly taken to our accomodation by golf buggy.The hotel is spacious in its layout with beautiful,mature,landscaped gardens + views across pollesa bay + the mountains beyond.The room was comfortabe with a useful fridge.We stayed on a half board basais + were able to by drinks + snacks from the hotels mini market or the supermarkets in puerto pollensa- a 5 minute bus ride from outside the hotel for 1.25 euros.The swimming pools were large and never crowded with plenty of loungers.All food was plentiful + resturant staff friendly.we went prepared for mosqito invasion but had very few bites no more than any other holiday.We used the daily free bus to different beaches a great service.The only thing which could have been better was the evening entertainment put on by the animators.This team of young people worked so hard running all the daily activities + then putting on the shows in the evening.For a hotel of this rating you would expect higher standard/ professional entertainers. A fantastic holiday,would definitly return.
