Built in 1978 and extensively renovated during the winter of 1994, the modern Magalluf Playa complex has a total of 99 one and two bedroomed self catering apartments and studio flats, which are distributed between two 9 storey tower blocks overlooking a 400m2 central pool area. All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have pool and garden views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week

All apartments are equippped with an open-plan kitchen with fridge and electric kettle. Just outside, apart from the many shops, bars and restaurants that Magalluf can offer, you will find ‘BCM’, one of Europe’s biggest and most famous discotheques

The 24 hour reception offers a range of facilities and services, including money exchange, safety-deposit box rental, tickets for all the local attractions and parks, excursions, telephone cards, fans & toasters for rent, and maid service. There is also a small supermarket. At 300 m there is a sports centre which offers 6 clay hard tennis -courts), 7-a-side and 11-a-side football pitches (artificial turf), 2 squash courts, gymnasium and sauna
