| The first stay the room was very nice with a separat part with sofa and TV. The second stay the room featured a backyard and it was a bit noisy - you could hear neighbours talking. Breakfast OK. |

| The hotel is situated very central, no need to take a bus or metro to go to Puerta del Sol or musea. The berakfast is okay, waiters are friendly. Personel at the desk is not very friendly. There is one elevator which can contain 4 people. This is far too little, for the hotel is big (7 stocks), so you sometimes will have to walk (and we were on the 7th floor!). Rooms were clean, but furniture old, but ok. There is NO airconditioning, so don't go here in summer! We thought is very good value for money and we'll surely return. |

| but with earplugs you can sleep good.Beds are not double but 2 single beds together but for a few days it,s allright.Staff was very friendly.Bar was not open at evening time.Location was excellent near the Sol en breakfast was allso oke.Iff we go back to Madrid we would stay in the same hotel. |
