Rooms were quite good, everything we needed was there, they weren't extremely luxurious, but we didn't need this.
Our room had a balcony.
It's located in the very heart of Madrid, so close to everything you need but a lot of noise at night.
Staff was friendly.

Hotel is in a fantastic location, near all the bars, and the main attractions of madrid. Would definetly stay there again.
