The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.
Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

My room was not ready to check in at 12:00 as it was stated when I booked the hotel. I could go to my room only after 13:00.
Other guests were making a lot of noise. There is a very bad insulation in the hotel, so I could hear every sound from around my room.

Hotel was ideally located from our viewpoint to all the main sights that we wanted to visit. From arrival to departure we received first class treatment from the friendly and efficient hotel staff. Accommodation met all our requirements in relation to space, comfort and cleanliness. Breakfast and the food in the hotel was excellent, as was room service. We had no complaints about any aspect of our stay.

Situated perfectally on Gran Via this hotel is a leisurely walk to Sol & Plaza Major but for those less able it is only 90sec from the metro. The room was spotlessly clean with tne only setback being that it was to the front of the hotel which made it noisy to the outside traffic so if you require an uninterupted nights sleep ask for a room to the inner of the hotel. The breakfast more than met our needs and the staff were always on hand with a smile when we had any questions or queries. Enjoyed our stay.
