With the price you gave it is OK.
Breakfast should be improved. Having a kitchen in the room is a plus.

The location is superb. The hotel is in walking distance to many attractive places in Madrid. Less than 5 minutes walking to Metro station. It is just 2 metro line change for the airport. The hotel is good for price but not for the comfort and breakfast. The breakfast room and quality is worse than even hostels. Employees even desk clerks are not speaking English very well.
