Purtroppo devo segnalare solo 2 note positive per quest'albergo. Posizione più che ottima considerando che si affaccia su Plaza del Sol che è il centro della vita madrilena e la colazione che è più che soddisfacente, mentre per quel che riguarda la struttura sappiate solo che in 2 gg ho cambiato ben 5 stanze in quanto il riscaldamento o non funzionava del tutto o solo parzialmente (fra l'altro, e siamo in inverno, veniva acceso solo verso le 20.00). E poi, udite, udite in quest'albergo non è assolutamente prevista la presenza dello scopettino per il water. Personale dell'albergo con sorrisi forzati.
