Very quiet; large room with very comfortable beds. The receptionists are efficient and very kind. Very good location near the streets of shopping.The breakfast is reach and high quality.

Good location of hotel and very near Gran Via. Hotel rooms very comfortable with little noise. Breakfast is typical continental with plenty of choice, although coffee is very strong!! Would recommend hotel

Great location, just a 2 minute walk to Sol or to Gran Via and 5 minute walk to Plaza Mayor. Staff friendly and hotel/room very clean. Had a great stay. Would definitely return.
