The decor & location was great & staff friendly, but we were not informed about the Madrid Card & the Receptionist said that it did not include free entrance to galleries & museums when it did! The photographs of the dogs @ reception were too sad looking & not attractive, so should be changed. Breakfast was good, but it could have included hot food. The soap in the rooms was really fruity & nice.
