We were very happy with the hotel. We got it at a very good rate so my expectations weren't very high however it was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was buffet style and plentiful. As we were there to see the city we were out most of the day so didn't have other meals there. It was situated beside a metro stop so access to the centre was very easy.

Un hotel moderno, de diseño, muy agradable. El personal es atento y ayudan al viajero en todo lo posible.
Dos únicos inconvenientes: se hace difícil el transporte a Venecia los fines de semana, y se pierde en ello bastante tiempo. El hotel está ubicado en un moderno polígono industrial, no en la ciudad de Mestre.
El desayuno es muy básico para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas.

Pros: Really polite personnel ,very good breakfast sited at a good - safe area ,just opposite to the metro station (extremely useful in Madrid)
Great value for price
Cons:the 1st room we got was smelling smoke even if "non smoker" , we changed it. A little bit "noisy" (other visitors-cleaning personel...???)

Bien situado para moverse en metro hacia el centro de la ciudad. Personal amable. Estancia agradable, por lo que volveremos a este hotel en nuestros viajes a Madrid.
