I was asked to pay for breakfast although that was included in my invoice and voucher. The staff sorted it out later, but it was still a bit annoying. The hotel staff was not very friendly. The coffee was cold when they served it for me on my last day, and for 17 Euro that is unacceptable. Rooms were nice and clean but didn't have any view.

Perfect location for this nice little hotel. Nice decoration. The rooms are clean but really very small! (biggest default). Breakfast buffet offers big variety but be careful: it is only served until 10.30 am, and not 12 as announced in some websites. Don't forget your own phone cable to plug your PC to internet connection in the rooms as it is difficult to obtain a free one at the reception. We had a room on the street side and feared too much noise but it was ok in the end. On the contrary, we were said that these are the preferred rooms as the rooms in the back have absolutley no view. And you'd rather stay in the upper floors. Enjoy your stay!

Rooms are like hotel website: trendy and luxurious furnished. Take care you won't get a room at the inside of the building: only walls and no fresh air. Breakfast is the most elaborate We have ever had! Compliments. Staf is very friendly. Very central location of the hotel: 2 minutes walk from the trendy district Chueca (also gay! area) and 5 minutes walk from the citycenter or the Prado-museum. Metro-station Sevilla is around the corner.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the room very small ( almost to a claustrophobic size, with one small window), the location fantastic. Centrum is the correct name for it.
