| The room was quite big and the decoration was awesome. The staff in the reception was very friendly and helpful. I will definetly recomend this hotel! |

| Although breakfast was usually extra, on the one day my rate for some reason included it, the selection was extremely limited and the emphasis was clearly on keeping costs down. The maids engaged in loud conversation outside my room in the morning. There is absolutely no possibility of printing a page at this hotel, nor is staff capable of correctly telling one where this can be done. Hordes of tourists cram the lobby mornings and evenings. 10-minute walk to nearest metro station. |

| The inside is exceeding your expectations compared to the outside. Stylish but warm and not overdone interior. The doormen and receptionists are superfriendly. Room is spacious enough. Bathroom has even a bidet and lots of toiletry (soaps etc). Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is amazing; fresh fruit like pineapple and melons every day. Lots of spanish hams and cheeses.Fresh orange juice! Sandwiches on the lunch menu are not that great. Prepare remaining staff does not speak english; but we did not find that a problem. Excellent bus transfers day and night to city and elsewehere within 5 minutes walk (bus 29,70,107,N1). Taxi took us maximum of 15 minutes to the airport (Terminal 4). |
