Very small room, french bed, perfect for one person. Anyway, very clean and safe, a little bit noisy at night (but that's movida!), very good breakfast with fantastic fresh fruits. Perfect location, city center, walking distance from every place you want.

The hotel is in a very central location, close to Gran Via and principal places of interest. But our room was very small, with french bed, despite our reservation for a twin room. We kindly asked to change it, because we are aged and with deambulation problems. A lady at reception very impolitely answered that it wasn't possible and they hadn't another room, but i don't believe so. Anyway, the breakfast was good and the room quite clean. Probably perfect for young people, don't think i'll repeat next time in Madrid

The hotel does not have the standard that the web site promised. The price is high compared to the quality of the hotel. Rooms are very small, not very clean and the interior needs some updating. There is no isolation between the corridor and the room - everything can be heard. When the hotel has been renovated the work has been poorly done. Pictures in internet don't tell the truth. In one word the hotel seemed to be very CHEAP (which it wasn't). The breakfast was nice.
