This hotel/aparthotel is a great value for money as I got the fare of 26 euros per day and I had a huge appartment with a fully equipped kitchen that really helped the days I was there to save many restaurants bills. On the negative side, TV set and air conditioning are not included in the price, you have to pay them apart, also, this resort is relatively far away from any interesting place in Costa Teguise (you should be prepared to walk 20-30 minutes to get anywhere) There are 3 daily courtesy bus services linking this hotel to town centre though. You have also to be prepared to listen to a huge herd of British people singing along in the evenings+ listening to all the loud entertainment they organize until late in the evening, if you are not English and/or don't understand what all of this is about you should definetely not go to Las Colinas and head towards a more international or Spanish place (as this is way toooo English resort). All in all this hotel is ok and is a great value for money.

Everything excellent: friendly staff, helpful receptionist, clean, large rooms with bathroom and balcony, swimming pools, free bus service to the beach, not far from golf club :-) Surprised to get anything like this for such a low price, SMASHING :-)
