The hotel's public areas are very clean and well kept, our room had a very bad stale smell of smoke had to leave all doors and windows open but to no effect. Reception offered to change room but how can this be that a rooms smells so much, rubbish left in the bin under the sink, overflowing! we were only there for the weekend 2 nights visiting friends on holiday so didn't make any fuss but would not liked to have been there for any longer. You get what you pay for!
