The complex comprises 450 apartments of excellent quality, all built in 2008, offering guests the same service as a hotel but with the advantage of having their own apartment. It is the ideal place for relaxing and enjoyable holidays. The complex has a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, cloakroom, lift access and an undercover parking garage (fees apply).

Guests should call for information about collecting keys to the apartments. The reception is not open 24 hours. Check-in is at 5 pm and check-out at 10 am. A refundable deposit must be paid on arrival. Pets are allowed (up to 10 kg) for an extra charge to be paid on site. The cleaning service is included (not including the kitchen and private utensils) and bed linens and towels are changed every 7 days.
