A very good basic hotel. Far from town, so be prepared to take buses or taxis. Very convenient to visit the Alhambra. Only 2 or 3 stops. Customer service was good. Breakfast was satisfactory

The standard of this hotel is high, especially in design and concept, the rooms are comfortable and roomy, the staff very helpful.Spa expensive. Position of hotel is reasonable for access to the town and the Alhambra, advise taking a taxi to the Alahambra. Organisation of the Alhambra is pathetic especially if,like my wife, cannot walk fast or long distances, log waits, gates too far apart with no transport or information available. The hotel made up for the discomfort, Thanks, B J Bagot

Although situated slightly out of the town centre you have easy access to the city with the bus. Staff is very professional and friendly. Great hotel!
