We were first given a room at the back of the hotel, as we had requested. But an unpleaseant smell of kitchen prevented us from leaving the window open. The bathroom was oldfashionned and inconvenient. When we complained about this, a very friendly lady, we assume she was the manager, changed us to a refurbished room which we liked. Thanks!

Very good location, near of Paseo de Gracia, the main area. Nice rooms and very good service. It has parking service wich is very useful in that area

3 minutes after arriving in the lobby and while doing check-in, 2pcs of our luggage were stolen with laptop and camera inside as well as business-docs. Hotel has no insurance for this!!!Although all visible on their surveillance-film. Otherwise Hotel was perfect and nice rooms and very friendly and helpful employees.

The room was clean. Nice lobby plus a beautiful bar. Receptionists speak English and are helpful. my daughter brought her laptop and was able to use the hotel internet for free when we asked the reception.
