| 18.02.2008 monday-evening,when we came back to hotel it was dark allover-no electric equipments did work. Situation lasted several hours, but we did not get any information of that. Ofcourse the elevators did not work either. In the night 19.-20.02.2008 we woke up because of the firealarm - no information again. Then it would be a good idea to tell customers that its easy to get a taxi direct from the street,it took wery long to get a taxi by asking it from reception. It would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room. The drinks ( at least gintonic) were too expencive ( GT 11 euros) Allso it happend so that suddenly the keys didtopen the doors and we had to change the keys, we did not get any explains why it happend. The hotel was clean and the beds wer comfortable. |

| Our room was quite narrow but proper, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good and service there was friendly. Restaurant was nice. I did not use any other service than check-in and check-out and those were objective. Sometimes it took too long time to get lift to the seventh level. The location of the hotel was too far away from the city centre but Metro was easy to use. |

| This hotel is a little set away from the centre of Barcelona;the district it is in is not great. My booking was messed up;my room had been given to another guest,however the staff sorted it out quickly and without fuss. The room was basic,bed and bathroom OK.TV was fuzzy on all channels. Fire alarm at 6.00 am was badly managed,with few guests bothering to leave rooms,and no one from management to advise guests of actions to be taken downstairs.In the end it was a cook who advised we should ignore it and go back to our rooms.The alarm stopped shortly after. Breakfast was standard,with hot food offering poor. I will not be using this hotel again. |

| Poor knowledge of English in reception when arriving late, no help with parking (were not told about good facilities quite close). Had two rooms: Leakage in the roof of the bathroom in one of the rooms made medicines/toilet bag wet. A bit 60'ies, worn-down rooms, did not get non-smoking room. No internet in rooms, OK PCs in reception area. Good breakfast. |

| Simple but clean rooms, nice bathroom and toiletries, quite rich breakfast buffet for all tastes -staff could not keep up with the number of customers coming, so at 9 there was a queue outside breakfast room. Not very close to the centre, but metro within 5 minutes and Sagrada familia within walking distance as well. |
