Was very disappointed. When we checked in we were told that the air conditioning had been changed for winter so would not blow cold air. The bedrooms were too hot resulting in very restless nights. When we complained we were told there was nothing they could do . They were not helpful at all, We opened the window to let in some air but there was a lot of noise from passing pedestians. On our second day the room was not cleaned when we returned at 4 pm. I rabg reception to be told that they do housekeeping until 5 pm I said that as we had been out all day I would be having a nap and they told me to call them when I went out. However at 4.30 the cleaner knocked on the door waking us up. Mt husband told her we were sleeping and to come back later. As we went out that evening we advised the reception just to give us clean towels as I was fed up with them being unable to comply with our wishes. We have stayed at this hotel before and were happy with the service however we will never go back after this visit.

Excellent hotel clean,comfortable and reasonably priced. Staff were most courteous and efficient. We will be returning to Barcelona and will stay there again.

The hotel was as expected from a 4 star hotel. Great quiet and clean rooms, great breakfast and very polite personnel. The hotel was very near to the Bogatel metro station and tot he port olympic but the area around the hotel was very very quiet. The hotel is near to an abandoned building which spoils the image of the hotel. In the nights it might seem a little dangerous because the area around the hotel is industrial and this is the only drawback of the hotel.
