We were with a larger group of friends, and, at night time, we wanted to stay up for a long chat. We were directed towards the so called,"community area". I found it very inappropriate when - at around 4 am - the guy who was guarding the place at night told us we must call it a night & go to bed. If I'm on vacation, I go to bed when I want to, not when the hotel personnel wants me to. If they have a achedule to which cleients must comply, it should be made public, on every booking system, as well as in the lobby of the hotel. Then, although I specifically requested wireless log in elements for my room, upon check in, they only activiate the feature the next day, when I called the reception and informed I'm not able to get online. As an overall, the place is clean & neat, but the staff isn't very client oriented.

The hotel was pretty good. I have stayed at ground foor in the "tunnel". I did not have breakfast there, there is a market 5 min away called DIA. There has been some problem with cleaning the floor ...A little bit strange the bathroom from glass :)

Hotel & room ok. But breakfast + breakfast-personal were at low level. Situation was very good near metro ja bus connections.
