| CLEAN ROOMS/GOOD SHOWER/NO HEATING CONTROL/TWO SINGLE BEDS WHEN REQUESTED ONE DOUBLE AND ONE OF THE BEDS WAS ON WHEELS AND WAS EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. NO MILK IN ROOM FOR COFFEE SUPPLIED.LOCATION VERY GOOD. SERVICE IN RESTAURANT WAS POOR HAD TO WAIT AGES FOR COFFFEE AND HAD TO ASK TWICE/ FOOD DISHES EMPTY AND HAD TO ASK FOR FOOD WHICH TOOK AGES. COMPLIMENTRY COFFEE ON P1 LEVEL WAS EMPTY WHEN EVER WE WENT AND NO STAFF AROUND TO ASK .Reception service was helpful and girl even smiled which was not apparently possible from the dinning staff. The maid was friendly and also smiled. It would not take a lot to make this hotel much much better. |
