| Hotel was in a great location -- especially for a first time visit to Barcelona. Also, rooms were clean and what I like to call "Ikea-chic." While the staff was friendly and helpful, their knowledge of the city itself was lacking. Knowledge of restaurants, new exhibits/activities, evening activities, etc. was poor. Guest should do their own research before they arrive and direct staff accordingly. |

| Quiet comfortable room on back, no balcony, room a little small but OK for price. Clean. Helpful friendly staff. Adequate buffet breakfast. Pleasant roof-top outside seating area with small pool. A couple of PCs for public use. Excellent position within old town, a short walk to many sites of interest. |

| Hotel is very well located, staff helpful and spoke english, rooms a good size and claened daily, bathroom spacious with an excellent shower and facilities, breakfast buffet and excellent. Chuilled water available free on all floors and the pool was great after a hot time in BCN |

| I can not compare with other hotels in Barcelona but have heard that the price/ performance ratio is quite good; fact: good location (close to ramblas), small rooms, loud, clean |
