the hotel is very nice, moreover we was very luck because due to overbooking we staid in the suite: fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall, the hotel is interesting, with a nice location and "high-tech" rooms. Unfortunatelly, there are a couple of things which need to be resolved. First, the quality of in-room internet connection. It seems many customers (including us) had difficulty connecting to the internet from their rooms. Secondly, the front-desk staff needs much better training - they don't know the answer to simple questions. Lastly, the bathroom toilets seem to be prone to "stinkiness".

This was a great hotel! The rooms were very nice, quiet and clean and had huge windows and a great view! Hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast was OK. The location was also good, lying close to both tram and subway.
