| The room was very small with little space to hang clothes.The view was poor.A laundry trolley was stored right outside the room.The advertised brasserie did not serve food at weekends and very little during the week.It was very overpriced. The bathroom was very pleasant and well fitted, but the shower leaked and some water flowed into the bedroom.This had obviously happened before.The location is good. |

| Vry comfortable, quiet room: second door between hall and bedroom. Quality linens. Excellent breakfast although to-order items sometimes slow. Check-in is slow, at peak times. Room was in older of the two buildings, which has more atmosphere. Newer building has larger rooms however corridors were works in progress (unpainted plaster in some placqes. Very efficient baggage and taxi service. |

| The room was clean and spacious.View looking over street was great. The hotel is under renovation.When we checked in, there was no power,we were on the 5th floor. I have a cane so getting to the 5th flr in the dark was very dangerous and painful.Only some power was restored,no phones,no t.v ,no plugs. In the middle of showering power was lost the next day. I was very disappointed.The staff were not very helpful. You could also hear people in the hall talking and walking.Sometimes it sounded like they were opening our door. |
