| Room okay - but: no ventilation in bathroom and a lot of noice from staircase door close by. friendly and helpful service breakfast okay |

| Loved the hotel, no traffic noise, lovely big rooms, nice and clean, The location was perfect for walking around the shops and it was easy to reach the tourist bus. The food in the restaurant was a little basic, this was its only failing point. The staff were the most helpful I've ever met. |

| Wonderful hotel, well situated with about 15 minutes walk to the main district but an interesting walk through the narrow streets and laneways. Great Chillean restaurant about 3 doors away from the hotel. Breakfast in the hotel is top class. Everything you could think of for breakfast. Not just cheese and ham and bread but selection of hot and cold. Rooms were great as well, very modern and clean. Would definitely be back and would highly recommend to others. |
