| Reception staff were slow in attending to us. Room not ready. Asked to return in 1 and a half hours. Room still not ready. When given room it was on ground floor just inches away from front desk and next to what sounded like the kitchen. Major noise levels all night. Had to get manager in room at 2am to complain. Changed our room and only compensation for a whole nights disrrupted sleep was a bowl of chocolate nuts and bottle of water! Worst 5 star hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. Never again. |

| Really nice hotel, location very close to subway and shops and points of interest. Rooms all individual. Frontside rooms might be loud, but we asked for back side. Our room was not really big, but enough space. Breakfast was delicious and presented very charmingly.We would go there again. |

| This hotel was great in every way. Our room was very clean and kept that way by the helpful staff. The breakfast was second to none, with attentive staff to help without being too intrusive. The hotel was small and friendly, and had all the facilities you want. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a bit of luxury in Barcelona! |
