Great central location, only minutes from public transport. Room basic but quiet with balcony. Room could have been a little bigger. Unusually, no hair shampoo or conditioner provided.
Good selection for buffet breakfast but menu unchanged for entire week. Would be good to have 1 or 2 new choices each morning. Didn't use restaurant for dinner so can't comment.
Helpful and efficient staff. Would use this hotel again.

The hotel cristal palace was just what we needed. Good rooms, great breakfast, with a good variety. Excellent location within easy reach of all the barcelona attractions. We would recommend it!

We had a large double room with ensuit. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice. Location was a good 10 mins walk from the centre of la rambla, but a nice walk. Would stay there again.
