| Five private and secluded chalets catering for 10 guests are situated in the lodge complex. The spacious chalets provide maximum privacy and are individually decorated for ultimate luxury and comfort. Surrounded by fold-away windows, the en-suite bathrooms, bath and shower and separate toilet are exquisitely finished in green granite and gold fixtures. | A magnificent 2 m fireplace is the focal point of the elegant open-plan living area comprising two lounges, a private pub and formal dining area. There is a pub with a huge fireplace and beautiful wood finishes. The deck of teak wood from Zimbabwe offers utterly comfortable chairs to lounge in and a fine dining area. The secluded rock pool shimmers in the African sun. Gusts may explore Welgewonnen Reserve whenever it pleases, day or night. Only open safari vehicles are permitted for game drives or you may walk amoung the big 5 if you desire. Sekala is home to 25 species of mammals and some 350 bird species makes bird-watching tops in this wonderful, rugged bush. There are bushman paintings and other phenomena to explore, with three permanent river systems and nine ecological systems a lifetime of discovery awaits you. |
