| The Motse is an African village consisting of eight a stone and thatch bungalows. There is an indoor and outdoor heated shower in each suite, en suite bathroom, private lounge with an open fireplace, a sundeckoverlooking a waterhole, direct dial telephone, safe, mini bar and a library At the main house in the Motse there is a patio overlooking the outdoor heated swimming pool and pool terrace. There is a a walk-in wine cellar stocked with South African wines, a library with satelite television, a children's room and a gift shop.The Motse can accommodate 20 people. Enjoy the Kalahari in style in the finest accommodation. Tarkuni is a magnificent African dwelling ideal for small groups or families, with accommodation for nannies. Tarkuni can accommodate 8 to 12 people. There are four luxurious en suite bedrooms, an outdoor heated shower, an open-plan lounge and diningroom, library, covered patio and heated swimming pool. The children room have two sets of bunk beds and separate nanny quarters with two single beds and a bathroom en suite. | Tswalu has its own air shuttle that flies direct to the reserve seven days a week. There is a private clinic on the premises with a fully trained nursing sister, five days a week and emergency standby 24/7. Facilities at Tswalu include: a lounge and dining area, a library, a traditional African boma, a gift shop, a children's room with child minder, wine cellar, sun deck, outdoor heated swimming pool, telephone, safe and minibar in each room, dedicated chef, laundry and valet services, private game viewing vehicle, high powered telescope to explore the night skies, a private plane, tarred landing strip and a daily shuttle service to the reserve. Tswalu offers game drive, bush walking trails and horse back safaris. Bird watching, star- gazing, visits to the Meerkat dens, archaeological sites and rock engravings are some of the activities to experience. Tswalu's conservation project is the endangered Black Rhino. Children under age 12 sharing with udults stay free. Children under age 12 not sharing pay 50% of the adult rate.
