The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.
Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

The welcome greeting by the senior staff was very nice. Check-in went smoothly. The room was pleasant, although poorly lit, as is the case with nearly every hotel room in which I've ever stayed. There was no option to say I'd reuse the towels, which was disappointing as I was only there two nights and new towels [ and sheets ? ] were an unnecessary waste. It was also disappointing that while the hotel advertised a data port, it turned out that it was also the phoneline, so if I was working online I couldn't be reached by phone, which a. I didn't realise and b. is a nuisance. The front desk did send up a bellboy to ask me to ring reception who did tell me that I had missed two calls, which was good but which shouldn't have been necessary. I was also disappointed that only a buffet meal, not al a carte was available in the main restaurant. I was offered a mini-buffet, which was helpful but, of course, the standard of food on a buffet is not as good as one would expect when dining al a carte. Nevertheless, overall my stay was pleasant and I would probably stay there again when next I visit Durban. [ I stayed there two years ago when it was still a Holiday Inn ]
