Cape Town Ritz Hotel

This was not my first visit to the Ritz Hotel. My son and I stayed there last year round about the same time. Being a single mom with stringent finances, I get great value for money. We're comfortable in the hotel. However, on this trip, I was required to pay parking fees which I was unaware of. Also, while booking through Yeego will be my first preference from now on, when receiving the total amount due for my stay, they failed to include parking fees or mention it. Also, the hotel could offer a small refrigerator in the room for water storage especially during the summer season. Being a traveller as my profession, usually I pack all my amenities but somehow failed to on this trip. The hotel did provide some, but failed to replenish for a 6 night stay. I will still be using the Ritz Hotel in future and perhaps the above matters could be considered. Thank you Yeego and Ritz Hotel for adding value to our holiday.
