Hotel Description

A boutique style establishment which transmits a sense of calm with cool contemporary touches such as the Bottocino marble staircase leading up to the Gallery Café, the 20 rooms featuring Spanish marble, African mahogany furniture, crushed linen curtains and art work by Alexander Krenz. Some rooms have Zen-like sliding screens so that views of the city, Table Mountain or Signal Hill can be appreciated from the bathtub.

Very warm and friendly reception and room was stunning down to the details. Amazing view over Long Street. Was a good thing though that I returned from work tired enough to fall asleep to the sound of Saturday night Long Street partying at 2am. Only thing that would have made the stay perfect would have been sound proof glass, but in it's own way it was a quaint reminder that I was on Long Street, and would not have needed the sleep was I not travelling on business so a minor detail.
