| Beautiful Location at the quiet end of the Lake. The Zlatorog proudly displays a picture of President Tito, who apparently visited them in the early 1970s, and the place doesn't seem to have changed much since. The rooms are comfortable enough but the bathrooms, particularly the showers, need updating. However the place is well run and reasonably priced. The food is very good (particularly if you are willing to try the local "bio" dishes) Unfortunately the place is used by all the main british tour companies so it's very much "brits abroad" |

| The hotel is in a fabulous setting and a great place for walking and climbing. However, we did not feel that the hotel quality matched that of the setting. The room was looking tired - decoration worn, shower cubicle cracked etc etc Food was poor. Buffet service required you arrive promptly at 7-00 for fresh food. by 8-00 (when we like to eat) food depleted and not at all fresh. Bar facilities limited (especially when too cool to sot outside). Range of bar drinks limited. Difficult to get wine with dinner. |
