Location Overview

Hotel Astoria is conveniently located between the lake and city centre, surrounded by lovely parkland and pathways which form a leisurely romantic trail down to the water's edge. It takes only 5 minutes to walk from the centre of Bled and just 300 meters away from the lake. The distance to the Airport Berne is only 26 km while the nearest train station is 2 km and bus station is less than 5 km away

Rooms Information

Hotel Astoria provides a total of 59 rooms including 7 single, 34 twin, 14 triple and 4 quadruple bedded rooms. The hotel has undergone partial refurbishment and combines comfortable accommodation with a friendly atmosphere. The rooms are equipped fairly basic and simple in style with the private shower or bath, hairdryer, radio, mini-bar, satellite TV and direct dial telephone. Some rooms have balconies and half of the rooms are overlooking the lake while others provide splendid mountain views

You can start your morning with a rich buffet breakfast served in the breakfast hall. Hotels main restaurant invites you for a dinner served in a buffet style or offered as 3 course evening meal with the choice of main course and daily salad buffet. Hotel arranges a Slovenian style gala dinner with traditional dishes and live zither music once a week and in case of good weather on the terrace

Good meals at a reasonable price, good location. Our room was small, but we had a special deal for a 3-night stay.

room fine and spotlessly clean. Good view of mountains. stayed on a bed and breakfast basis (buffet) and absolutely no complaints. Location was spot on and easy to find.
