Recently renovated Golf Hotel provides a total of 150 rooms which include 130 double/single rooms and 20 apartments, all offering a lake view or park view from individual balconies. All rooms in the hotel are completely renovated and the renovation took part in the period of January-March 2003. All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, hair-dryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and mini-bar. Also available are very nice balconies at each room

Restaurants & Bars

You will enjoy the traditional Slovenian dishes in the Hotel’s restaurant. Golf Hotel Bled is very famous with its flamed dishes which are prepared and served in the Brasserie. Do not miss to invite your family, friends or business partners to enjoy specialities from the flaming trolley. In addition to the Brasserie, there is also a café, a’ la carte restaurant and an evening bar where you can dance to the tunes of well known melodies

Facilities & Services

Sports facilities at Bled and in the surrounding are excellent and varied. Guests who would like to spend active holidays at Bled will never be bored. Extensive options on recreational facilities are available to hotel guests including an indoor swimming pool with heated thermal water (27 C), outdoor swimming pool during the summer season, whirlpool, solarium, Turkish and Finnish baths, massage and beauty salon with a hairdresser. Around the hotel, also available are a number of sports facilities such as golf, skiing, biking, mountain climbing, canyoning, in addition to variety of water sports. Hotel’s additional facilities include a barber, beauty saloon, currency exchange services, concierge service and laundry services

The hotel is an ideal venue for business events with 150-200 participants with the technical equipments of overhead projector, screen, video, demo boards, slide carousel, loudspeakers and microphones

We stayed for 5 days in late March. When we first got in, there was a big sales conference of a large global IT company in the hotel, quite a disappointment since both of us work in similar professions and immediately the atmosphere brought us back to our normal work mindset... Apparently the Golf is quite popular as a conference hotel, so beware of that. The staff however must have seen our disappointed faces because we were then upgraded to a Junior Suite with a huge balcony overlooking the lake - great. The room was clean and well maintained, although the bathroom was tiny compared to the size of the suite. The definitive upside of the hotel is the Wellness area, with a fabulous sauna/bath department (note though; unisex & no bathwear policy...), pools department (free for hotel guests) and large wellness/spa studio. We had massages, facials, pedicures and it was all perfect. Everyone also spoke perfect English. The drawback was the food; breakfast was normal hotel standard but really nothing very special, and we had a hard time finding good food in any restaurant in Bled. We paid around 130 euros per night and found that to be good value. Any more than that, you might want to choose another hotel - but be sure to come here for the saunas anyway!

very good standard, rooms on lakeside have a good view of the comings and the goings on the lake, staff particularly friendly and helpful. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

Lake side view worth every penny, rooms were clean only criticism was the lack of air conditioning, the pool area is superb, great for all ages.Plenty of fruit, bread and eggs for breakfast. The location is superb, although for those not too fit, the climb might put them off. Lake Bled is one of the most picturesque places I have seen.

The room is nice however the air conditioning did not work properly.
