Location Overview

Hotel Prag is ideally located in the middle of the trading and business district of Belgrade and very close to the main railway station in the city centre. The distance to the International Belgrade Airport is only 21 km. Because of its architectural style, the Hotel Building is marked in the Brio for protection of historical monuments. The Hotel was firstly built in the year 1929 and some developments were made in the year 1936. Two extra annex were added to it in the year 1978

Very comfortable, very friendly staff, close proximity to main centre of city. Very clean. was in the process of refurbishment during our stay.

The loby and dinning room and food and the staff help was excellant, unfortunately the bed was poor, as well as shower and soap. Hotel is under renovation and will most likely be very nice some day.

The hotel is convenient to the train and bus stations. It doesn't seem to have changed much since the 70s - my room was rather drab with old and chipped furniture, and at breakfast such luxuries as butter and jam have to be specifically requested. The hotel is clean and there is nothing in particular wrong with it, but for the price perhaps something a bit nicer could be expected.

We were a little disappointed after requesting a double bed and getting two singles, especially considering the price we paid. Breakfast was an interesting experience, not quite what we were use to. Location was great. Over all it was an OK experience, my major problem was the price, we have paid a lot less for so much more.
