| First room was infested with ants.Second room- curtain didnt reach across the window. Went to breakfast at 8 as had a conference to get to and there was no tea or coffee ready - infact hot breakfast wasnt ready. Staff very friendly and helpful but hotel seemed disorganised and staff members unhappy. |

| Clean, quiet rooms and good breakfast. Friendly, knowledgable staff. Could do with updating. I could feel the springs in my bed! Duvet a bit thin. |

| the position of the hotel was good for walk to the city centre (10 min) but the second day, when we returned in the late afternoon, we discovered that the staff forgot to prepare our room (bed and bath). The manager excused with us but it could be nice if they give us a discount but nothing... |
