The hotel was very nice. I have used it several times in the past. The only complaint i have is the after sales service. I emailed yeego several days ago about a query and they have not answered. This is simply not good enough. I would have expected at least an answer.

The hoel was great, near enough to the city centre to be able to walk.
The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and helpfull and the food was top notch. The it's self was a good size and comfortable.
The only criticism's i have are very minor - the extractor fan in the bathroom had a very loud rattling noise and there was no shower gel and it was never replaced.
