Super nice people at front desk and central reservations office. They kindly upgraded me to an ensuite room with no additional charge. The entrance to the hotel is very very poor and unsightly. Our room smelled of sewage. Upon opening our window the smell would disappear, but closing the window brought the smell back. The elevator got stuck with us inside and our luggage and our driver to the airport. Not a pleasant experience. I really can't recommend any hotel that has sewage smell in the room. BTW we had 2 rooms and they both smelled of sewage.
