Best Western Hotel Inca, Porto

This can’t be a 4 stars hotel. The smallest room I’ve ever seen in my life. Probably our double room would be small also as a single room. The double bed was really tiny; there was no space in the room and with baggage on floor, we could hardly walk and reach the door and the bathroom. The TV was an old Cathod Ray Tube television and it was really small. Also the breakfast room was small, and people have to wait their turn to eat. The only positive aspect is that staff is really kind and available. The car park in front of the hotel costs about 10 € a day, but it is small so it’s hard to find a place if you don’t arrive early. Non si può considerare un hotel a 4 stelle. Ci hanno dato la camera più piccola che io abbia mai visto nella mia vita, probabilmente la doppia che ci hanno dato sarebbe piccola anche se usata come singola. Il letto era davvero stretto e in camera non c’era spazio, con i bagagli sul pavimento, riuscivamo malapena a raggiungere il bagno e la porta di uscita. C’era una vecchia TV a tubo catodico microscopica. Anche la sala per la colazione non è molto spaziosa, i tavoli sono pochi e si doveva attendere il turno per mangiare. L’unico aspetto positivo è che il personale è gentile e disponibile. Il parcheggio di fronte all’hotel è un parcheggio pubblico, gestito dal comune, è a pagamento e costa circa 10 € al giorno, ma non ci sono molti posti e se non si arriva presto si rischia di non trovare.

Not a very good location, Room very small and not too clean,breakfast moderate to say the least, staff ok. Would not go back

A good thing we came from the airport via taxi....otherwise a bit hard to find. The rooms were of a good size, but as i recall the flooring was a bit old. The breakfasts were very good...although did not change during our stay... The personnel at the reception was very helpful...
