Residencial Aviz is a very friendly and functional family hotel, where the client will find all the necessary for a comfortable time in Porto. It is located in the same city center, next to the financial area and the old town. From the hotel you could comfortably accede to the main touristic monuments such as Clerigos Church or the Mercado Bolhao. Residencial Aviz Porto is situated next to Batalha Square and the Passos de Manuel street (Coliseu do Porto), 500 metres from the train station, 15 kilometres from the Oporto Airport, 10 minutes from the Duero river, in the old quarter, the Bibeira and its famous wine Port wine cellars.

Simple but very cheap: so very good ratio quality/price. Breakfast is simple but fine. Not far from the Funicular dos Guindais.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Hotel in general was 'tired'. Traffic noise was disturbing, but it was on a city street so to be expected!

Excellent location, walking distancevery near bars/restaurant. Hotel itself is looking fair, but lacking proper maintenance. Rooms not 100% clean in terms of smell. If it weren't for the price i wouldn't go there again.
