room (408),ensuite and kitchen a bit tired and could do with redecorating.elec sockets loose in wall in kitchen. very dangerous. breakfast:good. roof terrace:very nice views + lovely swimmingpool. hotel location is excellent, near shops,restaurants, sightseeing bussess and trams, metro station and river.

I do reccomend Vip Eden Aparthotel. It offers very good value for money. The rooms are spacious and well equiped. The pool on the roof is wonderful. More than this, it offers the best possible location in Lisbon. It's hard to find a better alternative...

+ great location + excellent wiew from roof top, open 24h + very quiet rooms + motorized curtain made the room almost 100% dark - microwave didnt work in my first room but luckily they gave me a new one. - had expected the room to be bigger - only one English TV channel (CNN) - carpet not very clean - no nice view from the room - no balcony

The location of this hotel is perfect; very central and yet quiet at night. The room was clean, comfortable and modern and the kitchen was extremely useful. Perhaps the best aspect was the gorgeous rooftop terrace with pool and bar - ideal for relaxing after a long day's sightseeing.

A little early in the season maybe. Terrace Bar was not open in the evenings. Swimming pool cold but inviting none the less. Staff friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. Will defenitely visit again.
