Everything was great in this hotel.People were very friendly and nice atmosphaere.

The one comment that I have is that the front side of the hotel on which my room was located was directly opposite the train station. The train made a loud noise during the early mornings, which was quite disturbing.

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Good location as it is situated near a metro and also a train station. Shops and restaurants nearby. Buffet breakfast was adequate.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS HOTEL FOR THE PAST 2-3 YEARS AND I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.HOWEVER I THINK THAT THOSE TV SETS ARE A BIT OUTDATED AND SHOULD BE REPLACED. OTHER HAN THAT, I WOULD RECOMENDED TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS, FOR A STAY IN LISBON.
