Nice hotel, centrally located. Spacy room with a balcony. The only thing - wc seat had to be fixed twice during the week. No more complaints.

The location of the hotel is quite good, as well as the hall, reception desk, bar (extremely nice bartenders) and the dining room.Rooms are not bed but i really missed the balcony. The swimming -pool is disaster, you not only cannot swim in but it is also very unpleasant to seat around as all area is extremely dirty and disgusting. Very useful is the parking space in the underground, but it's not free - 7 euro per day (better this than nothing as it's almost impossible to park the car in the city). The breakfast is great for somebody who wants to stay 2-3 nights. Exactly the same is served every day, which can be very monotonous for longer. Definitely the best part of the hotel is the very friendly and helpful staff. I would rate them 10 :)

The hotel's location is quite good while it's still about 20 minutes walk from downtown. The rooms are small but okay. The breakfast was very good while the swimming pool was incredible as it was so small. I would recommend the hotel as the price/value is favorable and if you spend a couple of days in Lisbon, you'd probably won't be doing anything else than sleeping in the hotel room.

rooms were clean, hotel has a water pool 1.2m high. It was nice at 8-00 morning swim. There are mini bar and refrigirator in the room.
